[G4] How to edit PDFs

...and if worst comes to worst you can open the thing one page at a time in
illustrator, fill in the blanks, resave as separate PDFs and send off.

You could also open the whole thing in freehand 10 (or MX I presume) and do
the same thing. Freehand however, would allow you keep all the pages in one
PDF.

What you really need is Acrobat Reader the latest version (free download
from www.adobe.com ). If the form was prepared properly and is not a "print
and fill in" type. Reader should allow you to fill in the various fields.
