[G4] How to edit PDFs

Acrobat Reader is a read-only affair unless the creator of the PDF 
explicitly added fields on their form, which this one did not.

Also, even if it had been an actual Acrobat "form", I'm lead to 
understand that you cannot save your input to PDF, you must print it to 
paper.  I don't have an Acrobat "form" file to test with, but I'm told 
that Adobe disables the print-to-pdf features in the print dialog 
panel.  They want your $100.
