Yes, Retrospect copies EVERYTHING on your volume, that doing a drag and 
drop normally wouldn't do. The reason Retrospect takes so long, is it's 
finding all the data, updating their permissions, copying and 
compressing them, then verifying that everything is correct. I have 
used retrospect since the very beginning and I absolutely love it. 
Wouldn't use anything but them.
