Apparently, CD-R's that are labeled 'music' are exactly the same as 
other CD-R's. The only difference is, and the reason they cost more, 
is that a tax to the record companies, to compensate for piracy, is 
included in the price.

If this is just a rumor, I hope someone can confirm.
