g4 new vs old

Hello all,

I need( want) a new computer for video production.  My
budget is between the new

PowerMac G4 Dual 1,25 GHz Combo (FireWire 800)
and the "older" PowerMac G4 Dual 1 GHz SuperDrive
model.
The new G4 here in europe costs 2.329,00 euros
and the other is  2.299,00 euros.  I realize I need to
invest the 370.00 euros extra for the superdrive.

Where is my bang for the buck-- any suggestions?

I am having a hard time deciding.  Whats up with the
new PowerMac G4 1 GHz Combo?

I appreciate everyones suggestions.
