[G4] Cookie Problem since 10.2.4?

I have had issues with cookies in IE.  I get blasted by cookie requests 
(one after another) from sites that I've rejected before, and that I'm 
not on at the time.  I don't know if it's IE, or if there's a big 
brother somewhere watching my cookie selection/rejections.
