New G4 comes with 10.2.3

Others have noted that the 17 inch PowerBooks shown at MW SF were running
Mac OS X 10.2.4 more than a month before it was released, and some
speculated it must have been required for 800 Mbps FW, or perhaps for the
keyboard backlighting. It's not the 800 Mbps FW. I just brought home a new
generation dual 1.25 GHz tower, and it's loaded with 10.2.3.
