[G4] Fitting a Superdrive??

Where would one actually FIND a dvr-104?? The only
one I can find is an A04, which I have recently bought
but not yet installed on my Quicksilver 867. Short of
taking it in to a service center, I was unable to
locate a DVR-104 which I could buy and install myself.
