G4 power up problems

I hope someone can help me please.
I have a G4 and the computer will not boot up properly. The screen is 
blank and if left it eventually boots up.

I have a NEC multisync LCD display attatched a Firewire CD Rom, 
USB Keyboard ( Printer connects to Keyboard via USB), USB 
Floppy drive and a twisted pair ethernet connector fitted via a 10 
base T adaptor.
