[G4] System 7.6.1 on a G4?

I'll take this as a serious question. The answer is that you cannot run 
any OS earlier than the one shipping with the computer or the earliest 
version recommended by Apple (in case system versions changed over the 
life of the computer). In either case, even the original G4 wouldn't 
run that old a system.
