Safari & IE's bookmarks

Has anyone found a way to totally import IE's bookmarks. What I mean is
exactly the way that they are in IE. I notice Safari doesn't import them but
only to a certain level. This is one of the only reasons I don't switch. The
other is online banking and such still has problems.
