Just purchased a new G4 Dual running Jaguar. I downloaded Palm OS 4 and hooked up the USB cradle but the computer is not recognizing it - no response when I try to hotsync. Is there something additional that I need to do that I am missing? Sent using the Entourage X Test Drive.
