I'll pitch in with my $0.02 worth -

Data Memory Systems provided exceptional service when I bought two 64Mb chips
for my PC laptop. The first set was too tall to fit properly. When I called
about that problem, they sent a replacement set with an RMA for the originals.
The replacements were 1/16 of an inch too tall, too, and when I called about
this problem, Data Mem sent a third set with another RMA.
They wound up paying for "2nd Day Shipping" twice in both directions without
any hesitation and worked with me until we found a manufacturer whose chips
would fit properly.
Any time I want more RAM, I only call Data Memory Systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
