but if you arent going to "ebay it" take about 10-15% off the ebay 
prices for a private sale. apple hardware seems to enjoy a huge markup 
as soon as it is listed on the web auction.

honestly, my alma mater filled two dumpsters with 72-8500's. they tried 
to donate them to schools, salvation army, good will, but everyone 
within 100 miles or so already had much better hardware.... : /
