switching to master drive and system folder backup

I've just installed a second EIDE drive in my sawtooth running 9.2.2. What's
the best way to copy the system folder to the new drive and make it the new
master disc? Is there some utility that will copy the folder over to the new
drive correctly, or can I simply drag the current system folder to the new
drive, bless the new system folder and restart with the new disc?
