Apple's Music Store

itunes Music Store only started to exist with itunes 4 (4.01 maybe).  
Any itunes prior to that will not have the Store in it and will not be 
able to purchase, brouse, or use the Store at all.

For this you will need to update itunes.  If the newest one is too new 
to work with your OS I, or someone else will have an early copy of 4 we 
could send you.
