Apple Mail - Spam Rules

I've set up Apple Mail to take all mail that doesn't have a viable
return address and put
it in Possible Spam.

Why then is a lot of my list mail ending up there? (Only some G4 mail)

The only thing I notice about these mails is they're mostly not
addressed to me
directly - they're either cc: ing me or bcc: ing me.

Any ideas?

Below is a G4 mail that ended up there, but why? I have a rule that
sends
any mail with G4 at lists.themacintoshguy.com in the To: field go to the
G4 mailbox.
But this ended up in the Spam box.

I agree with Keith and Mel. MS Word 5.1a is the best version MicroHard
ever offered for Mac. Word 6 was so buggy that they never attempted to
debug it, then they offered gigantic ramhogs. Actually, 98 and 2001
work well but they are so huge and unwieldy that I tend to use either
Word 5.1a or WordPerfect 3.5 Enhanced.

By the way, why not use AppleWorks? It works great with OS 9.2.1, OS
9.2.2 and X.

In my personal experience, each Word version after 5.1A was far bigger,
not as easy to use, contained far more "features" than necessary and
that was increasingly true for each subsequent release.

I still have and use 5.1A.
