[G4] iDVD

Slightly different topic, but.....
I just bought a used G4 350 sawtooth, and am likely going to upgrade the
video card...the fan on the Rage Pro is faulty...my question is, will a
Radeon Mac edition (32mb) work for playing DVDs?  it says on the website I
will likely buy from that it doesn't support DVD decoding...is that correct?
it seems kinda odd....
