New Quicktime install

I've downloaded the latest quicktime and when I try to install it, it 
asks for Registration Number.  It says if you don't have one, leave it 
blank.  But when I leave it blank, it comes right back and asks me for 
that registration number again.  Well, since I'm just upgrading the 
quicktime that came with my computer, and have downloaded this latest 
version, I have no registration number.

How do I get past this and install the latest quicktime?
