[G4] Processor upgrades... Worth it?  Fast?  Groovy, even?

When I installed my friend's OWC Mercury 1.33 GHz, it was a plug and 
play install and has been running like a champ ever since. I have had 
two different OWC processor upgrades over the years myself. As was 
mentioned, their service has always been great.
