[G4] Custom Animations

There used to be a website that had this sort of thing on it... Although I'm
not sure about changing the genie/swoosh effect.  It did have custom 'poofs'
for the Dock/Trashcan... Along with icons.  But I can't seem to find the
site... Thought I'd book marked it...
