[G4] How much memory?

I downloaded and ran Memtest, but I have a question about it. While the 
test was running, the screen said FAILURE: hex number != different hex 
number, offset, different hex number. When it was done though, it said 
all tests passed. Does that mean my memory is good, or bad?
