[G4] Wireless networking

On a PC you can't share all folders, unless you mean the root directory 
on your C: drive is being shared. To find out if you're really sharing 
everything on your hard drive, double-click on My Computer and look at 
the picture of the C: drive (it's usually labeled Local Disk). If there 
is a picture of a hand underneath it, then it's really being shared. If 
there's no hand, right click on the C: drive, click on Sharing and 
Security and indicate that yes, you really want to share your hard 
drive.

I'm assuming that your PC has Windows XP Home loaded...if not, let me 
know otherwise.

Sorry if you already mentioned it, but can your other PC access files 
on this PC?
