Just tried it and it does not work on this old G4-450 AGP.  I started with
the C-Key down and got a dialog box saying this machine is not supported.

Looks like Rember is still the only OSX application that will test the
memory.  Yes, I know there is a command line application that can be run
from the Terminal.

Too bad the old DIMM First Aid was not updated for OSX
