[G4] 10.3.6 safari so slow

I have also had problems with Safari slowing down, but I dont think 
it started with 10.3.6 (which I am still on). It's usually quick and 
responsive when it's freshly started but after some days of medium 
use (3? 5?) it slows down and is much less responsive. I notice the 
small yellow help text boxes are showing up long time after the mouse 
have left the area, and as I have several bookmarks in my personal 
bar I must be very careful I don't mouse over them, because then I 
know Safari will be slow for a short wile.

Safari also crashes sometimes, but not often enough to get annoying. 
And of course - this fixes the above bug, so there's a silver lining 
to that cloud...:-)
