[G4] Re: 10.3.6 safari so slow

I have been suffering with the spinning disc and was about pony up for a new
processor for my older G4-450 then read several others are having the same
problem with newer faster machines.

Is the problem wimpy-software (Safari) or a sluggish server (ISP) or the Mac
OSX?
