[G4] 10.3.6 safari so slow

Maybe someone has finally gotten around to writing a Spyware program that hijacks MAC browsers, and we're all being hijacked on our way to our intended destinations- and routed through terciary servers that watch our comings and goings!  Oh, just the thought of it....
hehehe....
