[G4] Miglia TV tuner

[Paul Cooper]

Maury at http://www.railheaddesign.com/ has one of these cards and 
published a rather extensive review/explanation about how he got it 
going and the settings he used. If my memory serves me well (now that 
would be a change) he likes it and has been successfully using it. I 
looked on his site and couldn't find the info but if you email him I'm 
sure he would be happy to share his experiences.
