[G4] DA Mac vs Sawtooth?

What are the differences or similarities of the DA Mac's to the G4/450 
Sawtooth?

Is the Sawtooth upgradable or it is a whole Motherboard swap?

I have a Audiowerk2 sound card now, with this installed, is there any 
advantages to a DA Mac?
