Conversion of power supply etc.

Hi guys, I am seriously considering building a PowerMac G4 after
conducting some research on various websites and ebay. Now, I have several
concerns:

1. Would it be possible to mod an ATX power supply for a 24/24 pin
PowerMac supply. I can rewire the connector. But, would it work if the 25V
for ADC is missing (of course, I will be using VGA or DVI)?

2. Where can I find the pinout of the 22 pin power supply? I already found
that of 20 pin and 24 pin power supply, but can not seem to find this one.
I am not sure which logic board I can get.

3. Would it make a big difference in performance if I use DDR memory?
Assuming other parts are basically the same, system bus frequence also the
same. I heard people saying that it makes no big difference on G4 as they
do on Intel.
