The InterView composite-to-USB video capture cable/software will probably do the job for you. You can see it at http://xlr8.com/products/xlr8_products/b_ps_usbivosx.html. It's $89, includes software and you can convert the captured video to a DV stream to edit in iMovie. I used it before I got a DV camera.
