Combo Drive for G4 400

Hi folks,

I need some advice.

I think my CD-Rom drive in my G4 Sawtooth 400 MHz is getting irratic. 
It still mounts pressed CD fine, but I am starting to have trouble
mounting CD-Rs.  At first I suspected the CD-Rs, but they mount fine on
other computers.

If I am going to replace the drive, I would like to replace it with a
combo drive, one that could do everything my current drive does, plus
burn CD-Rs.  In short I want it to be able to read DVD, DVD-R, DVD+R, CD
and CD-R just like the present drive plus be able to burn CD-Rs.

I don't need to go to a superdrive.  I do not plan to burn DVDs with a
400 MHz processor.

Also, I want the drive to work with OS 9.2.2 and Roxio Toast 5.2.  I
have checked http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ and found that such drives did
exist.  The problem is that I don't know which drives are still
available and where to get them or if any currently available drives
will work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone have a G4 with the combo drive instead of a superdrive? 
What brand is it?
