PCI Slot Fan

I have a 350 mghz G4 AGP Sawtooth. I upgraded the processor to a 800mghz G4
sonnett. I have been having problems with my catalog getting frequently
corrupted and weird crashes. I thought my hard drive was the problem so I
got a new one and reinstalled everything and the problem is still there. I
was was wondering if it may be a heat problem since the I got the new
processor. I was thinking of installing a PCI slot fan do you think this
would help?
