[G4] Help! Need new logic board...

The logic board on my G4 sawtooth is dead I think.  It
starts up, but halfway through the startup tone, it
makes three short beeps.  I've tried different RAM and
processors, but to no avail.  I was having trouble
with RAM prior to it's death.

So, I need either a Sawtooth or Gigabit Ethernet logic
board - anyone got one they want to sell or know of an
online retailer with a fair price?  I'm trying to
avoid eBay.
