[G4] Apple's Motion on a 867 Dual?

I have just purchased Apple's Motion, but now it seems I have to 
purchase a better quality video card in order to run it on my G4 864 
dual Macintosh.  According to Apple an 867 mhz is the minimum 
processing speed that will run the program. Is anyone using Motion on 
an 867 Dual? Does it run really slow? Is it worth upgrading the video 
card in my Mac to try to run it?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
