[G4] Quicksilver/Panther Won't Auto Sleep

Try trashing this file.

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.PowerManagement.plist

The system prefs plist doesn't have anything to do with the energy 
saver...that is just the prefs for the program that manages the pref 
panes (not the actual prefs themselves).
