[G4] Replacing B&W Modem

Hi, listers...
	Hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this for me.  I've  
been looking at the following eBay item as a potential replacement for  
the internal modem in a friend's B&W:

	Does anyone know for sure if this will indeed work with the B&W as the  
seller tentatively claims?
