Tha answer from Randy B. Singer (from iomug) is:

The only spyware for the Macintosh has to be physically installed and  
the
person installing it has to know the user's password to do so.  (Which
makes it extremely unlikely that you would encounter it, unless you  
have,
for instance, a suspicious spouse.)

There is *no* Mac spyware that can be installed by visiting a Web  
site or
by e-mail. *None*.
