[G4] OS 9.x boot question

I'm quite sure that will be the problem.

No! OS 9.1 is "not enough".
The MDD's with Model Number M8570 (WITHOUT FW 800), M9145 and M9309 need at
least OS 9.2.2 or 10.2.
All M8570's WITH FW 800 need at least 10.2.3 (6H58).
