[G4] SCSI vs Fibre

Did anyone make a fibre card for G4 Sawtooth?
and if so, how does it compare, the adaptec 29160
is it faster ?

I have a Seagate Drive, but only can use 1/2 speed of the adaptec card
The drive I have is a ST336752LW Ultra160 SCSI III
was thinking of "if" I can get a fibre card for more speed.


Here is what I got in the more info:

As you can see, its set for SCSI-2 NOT SCSI-3
very odd.
