[G4] HP Laserjet 4M and Mini: New Problem

I was going to write, "Get a router (or an Airport base station)," but I was not sure what Ken meant by  " connected to the internet via Airport."  Is this already an Airport Base Station, or is it an internal Airport card in his Mini?  Ken?
