[G4] How to transfer data from a PC?

More information is needed. What have you tried to far?

Address Book can import vCard, text, and LDIF files. Eudora's manual  
says that its address book is saved in CSV (comma separated values)  
format, which is a text file. Open the Eudora address book on your  
PC, do a save as to your desktop, copy that file to your Mac, and  
import it into Address Book.

Most databases can export their data to a tab or comma delimited text  
file. Have you tried that?
