[G4] How do you tell the difference between a G4 Sawtooth and a G4 Gigabit? Also is there any Mac video capture software?

Hi Gang!

I own a great old G4 400mhz. Only I cannot remember which model it
was. I would like to set up large file transfers between the G4 and a
few PCs.

Any suggestions?

Also is there any video capture software for the Mac?
