[G4] swapping boot drive to PCI ATA controller card

Thanks Philip, for the reference doc.
I asked Larry O'Connor at OWC about installing the PCI controller  
card. He said it is necessary to initialize any drives connected to  
the new controller card to avoid drive/data problems. I didn't  
realize that. I'm glad I asked.
