[G4] CS2 InDesign, inkjet printers and the Mac

Hi folks,

Is anyone out there using Adobe's InDesign CS2 and an inkjet printer?

I have an Epson C84 and have not been able to figure out how to print 
from InDesign to it.

I would appreciate any suggestions including inkjet printers that are 
known to work with ID on a mac with USB 1, but not USB 2.

I am running 10.3.9 on a dual 1.25 MDD with I GB RAM.
