One thing to watch for with DiskWarrior is that it takes a long time  
for it to boot from the CD. You may not have waited long enough for  
it to be effective.

I suggest trying again and waiting for at least four minutes for the  
boot cycle to complete. If it still doesn't boot up, my next  
suggestion would be to try MicroMat's TechTool Pro or ProSoft's Drive  
Genius.
