In  the case of video cards there are often models that have a PC and  
a mac model of the same card.
  Some can be re-rommed or whatever to switch them over.
  Long story short, there's probably a card of that description that  
would be flaming in your G4, just make sure it actually says
MAc or MAc edition or PC mac edition or something specific, somewhere.
