[G4] DSL and Cable modems: Which is better?

In my area, Verizon is putting in fiber optic cables. This will allow  
them to offer TV and internet service along with their telephone  
service.

I called about priciing, and I don't remember the exact amount, but  
it was something like this:

60Mb/sec	$130/mo.

15Mb/sec	$60/mo

4Mb/sec		$30/mo

upload  speeds were something like half the download speeds.

Yes those speeds are fast!
