You are limited to 128 GB if you use the built-in controllers. There  
is a drive from Intech, that works around this with some limitations:  
http://www.speedtools.com/ATA6.shtml.

Any size you want if you go Firewire or USB.

Any size you want if you also buy a PCI SATA or PATA controller.

For the best "deals" check places like http://www.dealmac.com,  
froogle, and fatwallet.

This has been discussed repeatedly on this and other The Macintosh  
Guy lists. A little searching of the archives would have found the  
answer for you.
