[G4] PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-103 & DVD Player 4.0

Hello All.
What is the deal with the stuttering on the Smart Drives. I have been looking and 
asking around for a fix but alas.... A lot of Apple Users seem to have this problem. 
AND I am attempting to play quality DVD's. No bootlegs or crappy copies. Happens more 
often then it should. Rather annoying.
